How It All Started
Reflected Wellness began as an outpatient mental and behavioral health office in Pasco County, Florida. During the pandemic, we observed a significant rise in anxiety and a decrease in access to mental health services. Our mission is to bridge this gap by providing accessible and comprehensive care.
Through our membership program, Direct Primary Care (DPC), we provide a self-pay option for primary care that eliminates the need for insurance. If you do not have insurance or have a high-deductible plan, DPC may be the perfect solution for you. Additionally, we offer acute care sick visits, physicals, weight loss management, and more.
Our Certified Nurse Practitioners are dedicated to creating an empowering, warm, and open-minded environment. We help clients take control of their physical and mental health needs. Reflecting on your current situation and past experiences is crucial for growth and recovery. We offer a safe space and provide care in an all-inclusive and non-judgmental manner.
We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality, patient-centric care and health education. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and committed to inclusivity. By partnering with local therapists, we can refer clients as needed, recognizing that most benefit from a plan that includes both medication and therapy. We discuss and offer the best options on an individual basis, ensuring personalized and effective care. At Reflected Wellness, we want to assist you in exploring your needs and charting a course for a brighter tomorrow!
